Last Friday, Cleveron had the honour to host the President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid at our development centre in Viljandi. Cleveron’s representatives with Arno Kütt and Andres Liinat in lead, introduced the facilities and demonstrated products that have reached all the way to the US. The followed meeting was a chance to discuss Cleveron’s future and how to grow in a small town.
This summer, Cleveron together with a delegation of senior level executives of Walmart visited President Kaljulaid in Kadriorg. The meeting left an impression on all parties and resulted in President Kaljulaid visiting Cleveron last week. Cleveron’s representatives, including the CEO Andres Liinat and founders Arno Kütt and Peep Kuld, introduced the facilities in Viljandi and demonstrated the products. Factory tour was followed by a brief meeting to discuss Cleveron’s future - questions and challenges that rise when being an employer in a small town while doing global business.
President Kaljulaid recognised Cleveron for our enterprise and ability to predict customers’ wishes years ahead. Arno Kütt explained the success ‘We are developing technology that will be common in 5-10 years. And I believe that this foresight has gotten us so far’. In addition, President Kaljulaid commented the visit ‘I am delighted to see that Cleveron is doing so well and that they are a wonderful employer for young engineers in Southern Estonia.’
