Prime Minister Jüri Ratas, who was on an official visit to France, visited Zara’s flagship store on the famous Haussmann street. Prime Minister Ratas was greeted by Raphaël Cambier, CEO of Cleveron’s French distributor Instore Solution. During his visit, the Prime Minister got a chance to test out the Cleveron 402 parcel robot, which is used in Zara stores all over the world. The parcel robot plays an important role in Inditex’s omnichannel strategy and enables them to hand over online orders without queues.
“Instore was honored to welcome Prime Minister Jüri Ratas to present him Cleveron’s leading technology integrated at Zara in the prestigious Haussmann neighborhood in central Paris. We had the chance to talk about our Franco-Estonian partnership with Cleveron, which is promised a bright future,” stated Cambier.
Cleveron 402 is the world’s fastest parcel robot that hands out parcels starting from 10 seconds – a crucial factor for a company that handles hundreds or thousands of parcels each day. Automated parcel pickup adds value to the customer shopping experience and reduces the amount of repetitive tasks store associates have to manage on a daily basis.
