Cleveron is again among the most attractive employers in Estonia

15.09.2021 | Cleveron, Attractive employer
Traditionally, at the beginning of September, the most attractive employers in Estonia are recognised. Employer branding agency Instar identifies the nominees based on a survey carried out among students and experienced employees. Cleveron is honoured to continue to be among the most desirable employers. In four categories, students and experienced employees chose us as one of the ten best employers.

Both students and experienced employees have noticed Cleveron. We won 4th place among engineering students, and according to the IT students and over Estonian student job expectations survey, we achieved 10th place among 242 employers in both categories. According to employees with experience, we are ranked 6th out of 278 evaluated organisations.

Katrin Koovit, Cleveron's human resources manager, appreciates the recognition, especially since Cleveron has caught the eye of both experienced employees and students, as the respondents named the companies by heart, without predefined lists. “It is always good to be in such charts, as this shows we have been recognised on the labour market. What is unique about being ranked on Instar tables is that students and employees have named the most attractive employers by heart, not choosing from the given lists. People who took part in the survey brought out the employers they know and desire to work for,” said Katrin Koovit, Cleveron’s chief HR officer.

According to Mait Palts, Director General of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the image of an organisation is essential in today's labour market. A successful employer caught the attention of future talent today before the job interview and when making choices on the school bench. "In today's workforce, where there is a shortage of both skilled workers and highly qualified professionals, it is worthwhile for a forward-looking company to make its brand attractive because young people often choose to work in a certain organisation.” He added that a strong image is part of a value proposition that is also highly valued by existing employees.

In April-May 2021, the employer branding agency Instar conducted nationwide surveys of job expectations and employer reputation of higher education institutions, vocational schools and experienced employees, which 9000 people answered. Instar and Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry recognised the employers with the quality label of an attractive employer at the Attractive Employers' Day on September 6, 2021, at Rakett69 Research Studio.

Thank you for the recognition, and congratulations to all nominees!
