The results of the employer branding agency Instar survey revealed the most attractive employers in Estonia, where Cleveron placed fourth place among 230 organizations. Cleveron also was in the TOP 10 among IT and engineering students and experienced employees.
In addition to Instar, Cleveron also placed fifth in CVKeskus.ee’s annual survey, which unveiled the most desirable employers in the country. Henry Auväärt, the Head of Marketing at CVKeskus.ee, adds that 98% of the respondents found that desirable employers are usually innovative companies with innovative employees. “Furthermore, desirable employers have the reputation of being an honest employer. The company offers greater career and development opportunities, and the company’s vision aligns with the employee’s personal goals,” said Auväärt.
Cleveron’s attractive image builds trust and provides a significant advantage in recruiting the best professionals and experts.
More than 6,100 experienced employees and students from economics, IT, construction, humanities, engineering, logistics, and others from bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral studies participated in the Instar survey. In the CVKeskus.ee’s survey, 5,699 employees contributed from all over Estonia.
